About the Presenter

Dan Faltisco, Citrix

Daniel Faltisco is a Field Technical Consultant within the Ingram Micro Advanced Computing Division, focusing on Citrix.  A native of Buffalo, NY, Dan got his first experience with IT as a Signal Support Specialist in the US Army in 1997.  Returning home in 1999 to finish his military career in the NY Army National Guard, Dan earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems Management from the University of Buffalo in 2006.   His experience with Citrix extends back to his first job out of college, where he served as a systems administrator for a Citrix Metaframe deployment.  From there he went on to manage the Citrix pre-sales technical support team at Ingram Micro, the world’s largest IT distributor and exclusive distributor of Citrix in North America.  Dan began his life as a Field Technical Consultant in 2011 and enjoys working with Citrix partners in the Central US to help them grow their practice.

Brent is a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer and has been with Mirazon for 9 years. He has worked with nearly every Microsoft operating system, as well as many other Microsoft programs.
